1. What are the capabilities of NLQS?

3. Does NLQS publish an API?
Yes, NLQS offers a practical and simple API which is included with specific subscription plans. Check out our Enterprise Microservice offering.
4. What are the query or request limits and costs?
Basic and Pro plans offer a certain number of included query requests as per the plan. Pro plan extends the requests to an unlimited number with the customer’s Gen-AI access key.
5. Are the generated queries always accurate?
We deploy the most advanced Gen-AI and NLP models available. On top of the Gen-AI models we overlay a Semantic model to further improve the accuracy. The semantic layer makes the queries more colloquial (natural and everyday language). The accuracy of the queries, while best among the Gen-AI solution providers, may fall below 100% due to the experimental nature of Gen-AI models.
Please be advised to check the output before using it in production. For improved accuracy, consider providing your database schema and elaborate business term lists.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Cloud service at any time. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
8. How does billing work?
Your subscription fee is billed every month. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription cycle if not cancelled before the renewal.
9. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription by disabling auto-renewal and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
10. How large of a database schema can your system handle?
NLQS scales linearly to the number of tables in the database. It has been successfully tested against schemas with more than 500 tables, 3000 columns and tens of UDFs
11. How do I ask for support?
Send support requests to support@leadsemantics.com using your login email and the subject line containing the Subscription plan (Basic or Pro) and plan end date. Please note our support is only via EMail. Most support questions will be answered within 24hours on weekdays.

1. What are the data sources and data types handled?

2. Which languages are supported?
English is the only language supported at this time.
We will update the website when we start supporting other languages.
3. What are the results/outputs of TextDistil service?
TextDistil extracts facts from raw narrative text. These facts are formatted into RDF triples in the form of NQUADs (Sub, Pred, Obj, Graph) and/or JSON-LD or JSON. Results can be loaded into your own RDF Semantic Graph Database or Property Graph database. You can also use the JSON in downstream applications.
4. Where are my uploaded documents stored?
Uploaded documents are stored in AWS S3 directories designated for specific users.
5. What is the privacy policy – is my data safe and private to me only?
The documents you upload are visible only to you and the TextDistil software. It is end-to-end automated with no human involved in the process.
Further, the documents are stored in designated directories for individual users on Amazon AWS.

6. Can I download the results of TextDistil processing?
Yes. You will be able to download the results in NQUAD or JSON formats (check availability), if your subscription package includes access to the ‘Knowledge Graph Query – API’.
7. How does TextDistil handle concepts it is not trained on?
You will need to train the TextDistil models on the new concept(s).
